TAMS is seeking nominations for five, two year board positions.
Board of Directors seat (2 year commitment)
Nominations will be accepted from 5 May to 15 May, 2026
Please nominate a leader or volunteer yourself for the role(s). If you are nominating someone, please make sure the person has agreed to the nomination and to the requirements listed below. The nominee must be a current (or willing to join) TAMS member.
Board Position Requirements:
Nominee must be a current, active TAMS member and must maintain an active paid membership for the duration of the term.
Membership status will be confirmed before confirmation of participation

To commit to attend all related calls to the best of your ability. Each Board member is expected to be actively involved in TAMS activities and projects to grow and increase the impact of TAMS on the travel and meeting industry.
Must agree to fulfill the length and duration of the position time frame
Must agree to keep all TAMS related information and material strictly confidential, not to be shared outside the TAMS Board, nor to be used for one’s company benefit or communications

Board members exercise oversight on behalf of the members on the strategies, policies and execution of the work of TAMS. Each Board member is expected to be actively involved in TAMS activities and projects to grow and increase the impact of TAMS on the travel and meeting industry.
